Brand identity
Compass Pointe is a gated, master-planned community with 2,200 acres of natural beauty, quality-built homes, an active adult lifestyle, and resort-style amenities carefully placed throughout. Working hand-in-hand with their team, we communicate these offerings through a revitalized brand identity.

Our Approach
To gain a better understanding of the community and how to draw in residents, we started off with multiple in-depth community tours with the developer and marketing director. From there, we interviewed residents to create a buyer profile. This enabled us to create a strong brand identity and strategy that spoke to directly to their target demographic.
