Print Design Marketing Collateral
The Carson is upscale condominiums located in the Five Points area of Raleigh, North Carolina. We began working with Carson Street Partners on a logo design, evolving into a full print marketing strategy, including stationery to a master brochure and more.
Our Approach
Initially, we referred to the brand guidelines we had previously created for The Carson. Using this as a strong foundation, we incorporated elements that would specifically speak to the target market demographics – an upscale, modern look with vivid imagery, strong callouts, and pops of color.
Floor Plan Flyers
We wanted to give prospective residents the best conceptual understanding of the layout of The Carson. First, we focused on creating detailed diagrams of each floor for each model. Second, we created detailed furniture diagram layouts as supplemental diagrams to provide a true feel of how the space could be utilized. These were incorporated into one-page Floor Plan Flyers for each model. Lastly, they were printed for handouts and also added on the website for PDF download.
