Eat Local hired us to help them create a brand strategy for their chain of Eat Local and Originals food groups. The city food groups are designed to promote local, non-chain restaurants in larger cities around the United States. Eat Local’s program benefits local restaurants by being apart of a group that rewards patrons with purchases from restaurants within the group. Patrons receive discounts from group restaurants creating a win-win for patrons and local restaurants.
Our task was to create unique brands within each city that could stand on their own, but also be recognized by patrons from other cities. We helped Eat Local by creating 13 unique logos, creating templates for all of their collateral including rewards cards, window clings, print ads, post cards, patron sign up cards, and brochures. To date, we’ve helped Eat Local increase all of their restaurant memberships and patron enrollment in every city.
